Role Description

                    Job Description

Manage all database instances including installation, configuration, and maintenance
Perform database maintenance and tuning activities to ensure high availability and performance
Manage database capacity planning and scalability processes
Design, operate, and maintain PostgreSQL and MSSQL high availability clusters (e.g. Patroni, streaming replication, SQL Server Always On)
Automate manual database operations within defined timeframes
Implement best practices to continuously improve service quality
Manage database backup, restore, and recovery operations
Provide high-quality database support for development teams

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering NoSQL and RDBMS databases (PostgreSQL required; MSSQL knowledge is a strong plus)
Experience in Payment Systems or Fintech environments
