About the Role

We’re looking for a Database Manager – Operations Technology to join our growing team. The role is accountable for the operational excellence of mission‑critical database services, budget ownership, vendor governance and the development of a highly engaged database team that works closely with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a senior database administration team supporting Oracle and Mongo database platforms and transformation activities.
• Recruit, conduct one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews, and plan individual career, succession, and development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, operational discipline, innovation and service reliability.
• Own the availability, performance, stability and reliability of all Oracle and Mongo database environments.
