Databricks Identity & AI Activation Lead

Headfirst-B.v. is seeking a senior operator skilled in orchestrating audience activation on a Databricks-native platform. This role emphasizes building identity resolutions and managing AI agents for optimal output quality.

You will spearhead the CDP configuration, track events across platforms, and QA AI-generated outputs, ensuring a seamless activation layer.

The position offers a base salary of €6,500–€8,500 per month, alongside flexible working options and 27 vacation days.
