DC System Advanced User - 3PL

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a DC System Advanced User – 3PL, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient system support across daily operations. You’ll work closely with DC (Distribution Centre) teams to enable system usage, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements while acting as a bridge between business operations and system administration. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to operational excellence, quality, and the overall success of the distribution centre.

You will:

• Train DC teams on system functionalities and continuous improvements
• Support daily operations and resolve system-related issues in line with DC processesPerform system maintenance, including clean-up, troubleshooting, and feedback to specialists
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining system best practices, IT procedures, and efficient system flows
