Role Description
- Operate and monitor the DCS during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities, including loop checks, functional testing, SAT, and system verification.
- Coordinate with field technicians, ICSS vendors, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping teams to execute loop testing, resolve system issues, and support field commissioning activities.
- Verify and update engineering documents, including Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILDs), Alarm Objective Analysis (AOA), datasheets, control logic and commissioning records to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor, test, and validate alarms, control loops, software and hardware modifications, while identifying, troubleshooting and reporting operational issues to supervisors.
