Key Responsibilities

Social Media Operations

• Manage and update official social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms in Malaysia.
• Execute content posting plans based on the marketing calendar provided by the team.
• Monitor daily engagement performance (likes, comments, shares, reach) and report key trends.
• Support basic coordination with influencers/KOLs for content posting and campaign execution.

Digital Advertising Execution Support

• Assist in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Support ad materials upload, campaign setup, audience selection, and basic optimization tasks under supervision.
