Role Overview -
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs spanning Full Stack, Cloud, Data, and AI-powered platforms—with a relentless focus on quality, predictability, business outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical depth, leadership excellence, and strategic execution to scale delivery capabilities and enable innovation at enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities -
End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of complex engineering programs—from planning and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-launch support—ensuring alignment with business goals and SLAs.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams (Full Stack, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Dev Ops) across distributed geographies.
