Delivery Manager

:
- 15+ years of overall experience in PLM delivery, operations, or program management, with significant exposure to enterprise engineering/manufacturing environments.

- Demonstrated leadership managing large offshore teams ac ross multiple locations (Pune, Bangalore) supporting global customers.

- Strong experience overseeing PLM operations/AMS, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, and release management processes.

- Proven ability to govern complex onsite–offshore delivery models, drive SLA compliance, and ensure operational excellence.

- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, HR, Finance, and Business Stakeholder groups.

- Strong background in delivery governance, service reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership levels.
