Delivery Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager working on Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution programme. This role will be to lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of the CFO Evolution Activity Hubs contract to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, benefits, and debt.

Location: Wetherby, West Yorkshire

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the successful delivery of team targets for commissioners.
