Demand Generation Manager

📍 Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

💰 €45k – €50k + Equity


A recently funded HR Tech startup is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own and scale its conversion and revenue generation engine.


This is a highly autonomous role focused on pipeline growth, conversion optimisation, lifecycle management, and revenue impact—not brand or content marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot lifecycle architecture and automation
  • Build lead scoring and nurture programs
  • Optimise webinar, inbound, and PLG conversion funnels
  • Create attribution models and performance dashboards
  • Drive conversion improvements across the customer journey
  • Partner closely with Sales and Leadership teams


Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise
