Position: Demand Planner

Job Summary

The Demand Planner is responsible for supporting accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination to ensure optimal product availability across the business. This role works closely with Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to analyze data, monitor trends, and help balance demand and supply in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and new product launches
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business plans
