1. Demand Forecasting Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts. Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and growth plans. Create SKU-wise, region-wise, and channel-wise forecasts. Continuously improve forecast accuracy. 2. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead monthly S&OP meetings. Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, PPC, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Convert business targets into demand plans. Highlight demand-supply gaps and recommend corrective actions. 3. Market Intelligence & Business Insights Track competitor activities and industry trends. Monitor government policies, subsidies, and market developments. Analyze demand drivers and customer buying behavior. Identify growth opportunities and potential risks. 4. Demand Review & Analytics Conduct weekly and monthly forecast reviews.
