About the Role

We are a fast-growing consumer products company selling direct-to-consumer and through retail channels. This is a newly created role — the first dedicated demand planning hire on the team.

You will own the forecast: translating sales data, channel trends, promotional activity, and launch signals into accurate demand projections that drive purchasing decisions. You are not here to maintain a model someone else built — you are here to build it, own it, and make sure it is never wrong twice for the same reason.

Our stockout problem is real and recurring. The person in this role is the early warning system that prevents inventory failures before they happen — and the analytical engine behind every reorder decision.

What You'll Own

• Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts by SKU using sales history, channel velocity, seasonal...
