Role Description
Dental Phone Agent (Dental - Training Provided).
Peak Dental Group is launching a dedicated Contact Centre to support our growing network of dental practices. We’re looking for friendly, confident Phone Agents who enjoy helping people and delivering an excellent first impression.
No dental experience required - full training provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from dental patients professionally and warmly.
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Answer general questions about services, locations, and insurance (training provided).
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and confidence.
- Accurately document calls and patient Information.
