Design Director

Please See// is looking for a Design Director to lead the creative vision of our Marketing vertical. This is a role for a design leader who thrives at two speeds: the high volume of always-on social content, and the considered pace of campaign work that resonates.
You'll set the visual standard across social campaigns, content systems, and brand work - building the creative frameworks that let a team move fast without losing craft, and elevating the work when the brief demands it.

What You'll Do
Strategic Design Leadership
Define and drive the design vision for the Marketing vertical, aligned to client brand strategies and business goals
Build scalable creative frameworks that allow the team to produce platform-native content at volume without compromising craft
Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and visual culture shifts, and translate these into actionable direction for the team
