Design Director

We’re looking for a

Design Director

to lead and elevate the visual output across all client work. This role is equal parts

maker and leader —someone who can craft exceptional design while guiding a team to do the same.

You’ll shape creative direction, push the quality of work, and translate strategy into compelling, beautifully executed ideas.

What You’ll Do

Lead design across brand, campaign, and digital projects from concept to execution

Define and uphold a high standard of visual craft and creative excellence

Translate strategic insights into strong, ownable visual ideas and systems

Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams

Provide clear direction and mentorship to designers

Refine and elevate work through hands‑on involvement and feedback

Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders
