Design Engineer

**What We're Looking For**
This position supports HNTB’s Digital Transformation Solutions Group as part of the Electrical Integrated Energy Solutions team, working closely with the Virtual Design and Construction team. The Design Engineer focuses primarily on the development and preparation of plans, drawings, and design deliverables for transportation-related infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on roadway lighting, airfield lighting, power distribution systems, and water facility infrastructure, while also supporting the use of automated, parametric, and data-driven design tools.
The role emphasizes collaboration with designers, engineers, Virtual Design and Construction professionals, and other project teams to deliver high-quality plans, drawings, and value engineering solutions.
