Design Engineer III (VAVE)

Scope of role

This Engineering position is located at Regal Rexnord’s Gearing Division facility in Apodaca, Mexico and is responsible for leading projects and engineering activities which are critical to achieve company goals and customer demands. The Engineer will be responsible for identifying, executing, and supporting projects to improve productivity and component costs, providing technical support for Sourcing and Operations projects, and supporting the production of existing product lines. You will be required to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Assignments will involve aspects of project management, material cost out (MCO) activities, design engineering, productivity improvement, 80/20 business philosophy, vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement.
