Role Description

Master’s degree in architecture/integrated design/building performance or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 Years of working experience in sustainable building design such as energy modelling for Leed Certification, PRM, Part L, NABERS, Energy auditing, Zero Energy and Zero Carbon building design.
Experience in interpreting Architectural, HVAC and other Construction-related drawings, HVAC Equipment specifications etc.
Very strong knowledge of HVAC systems and modelling its modelling in energy simulation tools.
Conversant with modelling software like Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, and Radiance. 
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new tools and grow both professionally and personally with the team.
