Role Description

Key tasks and responsibilities:


  • 开发创意性设计（设计理念与想法）

  • 帮助定义设计的基本元素（例如：品牌标识，用色，印刷样式，意象）

  • 为多个同时进行的子项目进行设计（创意，质量控制，及时递送）

  • 设计样本媒介（比如：手册，广告，网站）

  • 筹备客户与他的竞争者的视觉分析

  • 帮助制作演讲报告

  • 为设计文件开发内容与理念

  • 指导实习生

    • Professional and personal attributes:

  • 拥有可视通讯或者相关专业的学位

  • 对设计充满热情，对视觉设计潮流又很敏锐的感觉

  • 在知名品牌设计公司或设计机构有过成功的实习经历或者一些最初的专业经验

  • 对于设计有跨媒体的理解

  • 有过制作经验

  • 精通最新的制图法与Office系统(InDesign,

    • Freehand/Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • 良好的影图听说读写能力

  • 有良好的优先度管理能力

  • 极好的沟通能力
