The Desktop Engineering role with WBM gives you the chance to be part of an experienced team that works closely together to support our enterprise clients.

The day-to-day role includes monitoring and management of endpoint device fleets utilizing such solutions as MECM, Intune, Azure, Windows 365 and other supporting tools.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Resolving tier 3 support requests and incidents
• Packaging and delivering custom applications and application updates
• Creating and testing Intune and Group Policy Objects
• Creating, testing and maintaining Intune Compliance policies
