As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for IT at our Budapest office. You’ll join our WWIT team, providing high-quality technical support both to our local staff and remotely to our colleagues across the EMEA region. Whether you’re troubleshooting a laptop in person or resolving a software issue via a remote session, your goal is to provide seamless, efficient solutions.
The Details
This is a core support role focused on Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance. You will balance boots on the ground office support with remote regional service.
