Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 3+ months (with a possibility of contract to hire)
Work Hours: EST
Location: 5x days Onsite - Toronto, Canada
Pay Scale: CAD $30 - CAD $31 on T4
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and Desktop Support / IT Generalist to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with system administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and a broad understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
