Role Description
TCS is looking for Desktop Support Specialist
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey; it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week)
Required Skills (minimum 3 years of experience):
- English spoken advanced (mandatory)
- Proficient with mobile OS platforms and experience with macOS and Windows OS as well as access and authentication solutions, and ServiceNow platform
- Must have knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining OS (Such as Windows 10/11, macOS). This includes applying updates, managing user accounts and resolving OS related problems.
- Must have knowledge of setting up & troubleshooting network connections, both wired & wireless, to ensure users can access resources like internet, share drives & printers.
