Developer Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern end-to-end development activities across SAP and non SAP components.
• Own technical design interpretation and build execution in line with approved architectures.
• Manage and mentor development teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards compliance.
• Oversee delivery of custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, code quality, and SDLC best practices.
• Coordinate unit testing, defect resolution, and technical support activities.
• Provide accurate estimates, progress tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and development challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Developer Lead.

Total 10 years of experience in IT Industry.
