Developer Support Engineer

**The opportunity**
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to join our team in a highly impactful, cross-functional role. This person will be responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and deploying client configurations that determine the experiences delivered to end users based on predefined business and technical rules.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery and works closely with the Business Analysts and Technical Account Managers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable configurations and releases.
