As a Development Director you will play a key leadership role on the Game Developer Experience Engineering team. You will help to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide Application Lifecycle Management solutions that support EA's game and central services teams. You will collaborate with cross‑functional development leaders to plan and execute complex, Agile‑driven initiatives, combining hands‑on engagement with strategic oversight. You will drive outcomes, including meeting quality and milestone targets, improving processes, resolving issues, and continuously enhancing EA's game development ecosystem.
