Details:Responding to cloud environment issues (cloud problem and incident management for example: portal access, security, etc.) Assisting with user access issues and modifying access requests. Using tools to ensure peak performance of deployed cloud environments. Using tools to ensure adherence to security best practices including MFA, key management, etc. Implementing tasks under the guidance of Cloud architects. Responding to cloud monitoring alerts. Ensuring the overall health of all Cloud environments with regards to patching, anti-virus, backups, performance thresholds, etc... Assisting the users with any Day2 troubleshooting issues. Ensuring on-going configuration management health. Migrating to new releases of Terraform, Bitbuckets, etc.<...
