Role Description
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps
- Manage code versioning, branching strategies, and release workflows
- Coordinate deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments
- Provision and maintain D365 environments (LCS, Power Platform Admin Center)
- Manage configurations, environment refreshes, and data copies
- Monitor system performance, availability, and environment health
- Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and implement Infrastructure as Code
- Integrate quality gates (testing, code quality, security scans) into pipelines
