DevOps Tools Engineer

In this strategic role, you will imagine, design, build, and test Tools, Skills, and Agents for engineering teams operating mission-critical systems at a global scale. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in distributed systems, a genuine passion for building, and a mid-level DevOps leadership background.

If you enjoy running dozens of tools in production, working close to infrastructure, and accelerating your work through AI, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong passion for creating and managing dozens (eventually hundreds) of Tools, Skills, and Agents used by engineering teams supporting critical systems worldwide.
• Commitment to and daily use of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• DevOps fluency
• Hands‑on experience with a wide range of tools across the ecosystem: AWS, Datadog, GCP, GitHub, Grafana, PagerDuty, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, and others.
