DFT Engineer – Job Description

We are hiring experienced DFT Engineers for VLSI/ASIC projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and verify DFT architecture for complex SoCs/ASICs
• Perform scan insertion, scan stitching, and DFT rule checks
• Generate ATPG patterns and analyze fault coverage
• Work on MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG implementation
• Debug simulation and pattern-related issues
• Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams
• Support silicon bring-up and production testing activities

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of DFT concepts and methodologies
• Hands-on experience in:
• Scan insertion & compression
• ATPG
• MBIST/LBIST
• JTAG/Boundary Scan
• Fault simulation & coverage analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field
