Job Roles & Responsibilities: The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing and optimizing the physical assets, spaces and customers in the building. Here are the key responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a strategic plan for facilities and real estate management aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This involves assessing current and future space needs, analysing market trends, and formulating long-term plans for optimizing the organization's real estate portfolio. Transition Management: Smooth handover form project. Design submittals (floor plan layout, MEP drawings, DBR, TDS, etc.). Collection of relevant compliance/ AMC/ warranty documents.
