About the role

The Diesel Fitter – Mobile Maintenance is responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance activities safely and effectively across the site’s mobile maintenance fleet. Working as part of the Mobile Maintenance team, you will support reliable equipment performance through quality maintenance, fault finding, and field work across underground and surface operations.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capability, a proactive safety mindset, and the ability to contribute to a high-performing maintenance team.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs, servicing and field work on mobile equipment

Maintaining and repairing a range of mining equipment including Normet, Volvo and Sandvik loaders, and Sandvik development and production drills

Interpreting hydraulic and auto-electrical schematics and associated diagnostic software
