Job Description

• Strategic Leadership & Capability Building
• Build the digital communications and PR function from scratch, including strategy, processes, governance, and future team structure.
• Establish best‑practice playbooks for digital communication, social media governance, PR protocols, and crisis escalation—aligned with fintech regulatory and reputational sensitivities.
• Lead and mentor future hires as the team scales.
• Digital Communications & Channel Ownership
• Own the company’s digital voice across social media, content platforms, owned channels, and emerging/alternative digital touchpoints popular in PH (e.g., TikTok, FB Groups, Viber communities, influencer ecosystems).
• Develop high‑impact content tailored to Filipino audiences, market behavior, and digital culture.
• Explore and test new distribution channels to maximize growth in a cost‑efficient way (especially critical for fintech CAC o...
