Job Requirements

• Talent with a young, presentable, and camera-friendly appearance; baby face and bright, healthy-looking skin preferred.
• At least a diploma graduate
• Proven experience as a Talent, Content Creator, or similar on‑camera role, with a portfolio of published videos (e.g., reviews, beauty tips, tutorials).
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable and confident performing in front of the camera; able to project a high‑end, professional image.
• Good at makeup and styling, with a basic understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.
• Familiar with TikTok and content creation, including trends, engagement strategies, and algorithm insights.
