Role Description

The desired candidate should have 10 years of experience in creating appealing designs with proficiency in digital design tools
Should have a sound understanding of user-centric design, prototyping, and performance testing
Experience working with directors, marketing managers, and other business function heads, along with good work ethic and personal accountability
Should have a portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
Must have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Should be a self-motivator with the ability to work confidently, independently, and as part of a team
Preferred to have a tertiary qualification in digital design or a similar field (bachelor's degree preferred)
Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
