Digital Engineering Lead

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Digital Engineering Lead** to support our Marine Corps Contract out of **Stafford, VA** . This is a fully remote position. Employee is expected to be in our Stafford office 1 week a month.

The Digital Engineering Lead supports the PAE-MC Office of the Chief Engineer by facilitating tasking, communication, and enterprise thinking multiple Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) projects. The Digital Engineering Lead advises the Program Manager (PM) on project status, resource requirements, technical issues affecting the performance of the organization in delivering high quality products to the customer. The Digital Engineering Lead also maintains relationships with major customer Technical Points of Contact to understand customer needs and satisfaction with contractor deliverables. The Digital Engineering Lead works with the PM to develop and execute innovation within the scope of the contract.
