Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Will act as subject‑matter‑expert for Swell’s Digital Services
• Will act as contact person for internal and external digital management matters
• Set digital strategies and KPIs for projects/campaigns that will help address campaign objectives
• Implement digital projects to meet and exceed client expectations
• Address internal and external digital queries effectively
• Assist in developing/curating articles for online usage that will increase web traffic and improve SEO
• Extract digital reports, analyze data, interpret results and provide recommendations to improve digital campaigns
• Utilize online digital tools to help measure campaign effectiveness
