They will serve as the frontline ambassador of SMDC’s digital transformation, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients transacting through the platform.

• Handle initial touchpoint thru chat, email, or call and nurture assigned leads.
• Generate sales thru inbound leads (and outbound leads, as needed).
