Job Summary

Drive property sales through SMDC’s digital sales platform by engaging prospective buyers online, conducting virtual consultations, and managing the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. Serve as a tech-savvy, results-driven frontline ambassador for SMDC's digital transformation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Management: Nurture inbound (and outbound) leads via chat, email, or call.
• Order Management: Handle transactions and ensure timely booking of converted accounts within agreed SLAs.
• CRM & Data Handling: Log all transactions and accurately update lead progress in designated systems.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the frontline contact for digital transactions to ensure a seamless client experience.
