Digital Services Architect

We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.



Design and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategy

Build scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activation

Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions

Define integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehouses

Lead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practices

Support activation use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
