Digital Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to join our Digital Solutions business unit and be part of an integrated cross functional team that drives client outcomes.Our digitalsolutions will pragmatically utilize iCrossing strengths in all our competencies from strategy to technical delivery and everything in between.You will have a key leadership position in clarifying the client needs and alignment.You will also be embedded withagile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution**Requirements**:- English Advanced- Mandatory- 5-7 years working as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst in the digital consulting and/or agency domain for enterprise, technically complex client engagements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment with strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
