Digital Workplace System Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace System Engineer to support endpoint automation, scripting, and operational support activities within a modern digital workplace environment.

The role will focus on endpoint troubleshooting, self-healing automation, scripting, and support of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) related platforms and use cases.

Experience with DEX platforms such as Tanium DEX, Nexthink, Nanoheal, or Lakeside SysTrack will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint Support & Operations

• Perform L1.5 operational support for endpoint-related incidents, alerts, and user experience issues.
• Support troubleshooting and remediation activities for Windows endpoint environments.
• Work closely with Service Desk and support teams to investigate recurring endpoint or performance issues.
