DIL Test Engineer

Overview

At Williams F1 Team, the Driver-in-the-Loop simulator is one of our most powerful tools for performance development. It's where race preparation happens, where vehicle concepts are tested, and where drivers and engineers push the boundaries of what's possible before a single wheel turns on track. As our DIL Test Engineer, you'll be helping to make all of that happen. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations and systems engineering. You'll own two core responsibilities:

• Running the simulator: planning, configuring and executing every DIL session with precision, working directly alongside drivers, Race Engineering, Performance Optimisation and Vehicle Dynamics to deliver sessions that hit their objectives.
