  • Identify Critical Characteristics and document on drawings, based on analytical results.

  • Perform comparison studies of measured data versus objectives and GD&T specification MCR’s/Nom Shift/Tol Relief.

  • Research and analyze data such as RSS, specifications, component tooling tolerances to determine design feasibility.

  • Define and document quality goals (dimensional and functional) by developing quality objective targets on key product criteria.

  • Coordinate all Datum schemes (locator logic) and assembly.
