**Full Time Direct Support Program Supervisor $21.00 per hour.**

**Shifts vary, on call, and every other weekend**

**This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.**
