Key responsibilities Develop quality departmental strategies to ensure adherence to customer expectations and ensure the company holds the necessary ISO certifications. Define, develop and improve processes and procedures in support of the Research & Development and Manufacturing departments. Enforce consistent improvement and monitor the Quality activities of the department. Define, develop and report Quality metrics. Ensure a good performance of the quality management system and all related activities. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company. Ensure the promotion of awareness of applicable regulatory requirements and quality management system requirements throughout the company. Contributes to achieving the quality objectives as stated in the quality policy. Tasks
