Director, Data & Insights

to lead the organization’s enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, and insight-driven decision-making.

This role will drive the evolution of the data ecosystem across CRM, marketing, fundraising, and digital platforms—enabling advanced analytics, improved donor insights, and data-informed growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise Data & Insights strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to fundraising, digital, and organizational priorities.

Partner with fundraising, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to translate business objectives into analytics use cases, KPIs, and performance frameworks.

Drive the evolution from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics, enabling improved donor targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
