Role Description
Location: Vancouver, Canada Sector: Accountancy (Qualified) Salary: 160,000.00 CAD to 180,000.00 CAD per annum

The Opportunity This role ensures transactions move seamlessly from mandate to close through rigorous diligence, disciplined underwriting, lender coordination, and standardized execution processes. You will act as the execution lead across the platform—allowing the Principal to focus on origination, senior relationships, and negotiations, while you ensure deals close cleanly, efficiently, and consistently. It is a hands‑on, in‑office leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of credit judgment, process design, and execution management.
