We’re looking for a Director, Design – Europe (Development Architect) to lead the delivery of a portfolio of eleven hotel projects across the region. This is a senior project and programme leadership role rather than a hands‑on architectural design position, with accountability for outcomes across the portfolio. The role sits within IHG’s Design & Engineering function and represents IHG with owners and senior stakeholders through conversion, opening and early operations.
